Arnoldo Curiel, Ed.D., M.P.A., is a writer, speaker, and equity advocate whose work explores the emotional and human cost of fighting for belonging and justice. Raised in the Frogtown neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota, his work draws on both lived experience and leadership across community organizations, government, higher education, and healthcare. He currently serves as Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility at University of Minnesota Physicians.
